Location and Role Details
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
Clients are looking for a therapist who can listen closely, ask useful questions, and keep care moving forward. You may support clients through communication challenges, family stress, relationship patterns, conflict, transitions, and emotional strain. The position is listed in Ann Arbor, but the daily work happens through a secure virtual care model. The best candidate will be organized, thoughtful, and comfortable providing care in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities
• Maintain ethical boundaries and secure remote care practices
• Coordinate referrals or added support when clinically appropriate
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress updates
• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, or family-related concerns as assigned
Requirements
• Active Michigan LMFT license in good standing
