Job Summary
The Regional Vice President of Sales will lead and drive Samyang's growth strategy within their assigned region. This role is responsible for P&L ownership, strategic account development, retail execution, distributor and broker management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and a track record of building strong retail and foodservice partnerships in international markets.
Job Description
  • - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives for the assigned region
  • - Lead and manage regional key account negotiations with national and regional retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators
  • - Oversee and direct local brokers and partners; drive accountability and performance
  • - Own regional sales forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning
  • - Identify new business opportunities, route-to-market strategies, and channel expansion initiatives
  • - Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, trade marketing, and supply chain
  • - Ensure full compliance with local regulations, trade practices, and internal reporting
  • - Represent the company at major industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • - Report performance, risks, and opportunities to global sales leadership regularly
Qualifications
