  • Determine the reliability of measurement processes in quantitative terms
  • Develop calibration methods and techniques based on measurement science principles
  • Perform technical analysis of measurement problems
  • Address accuracy and precision requirements
  • Apply metrology solutions to manufacturing quality and schedule challenges
  • Collaborate across engineering and production teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Proficiency with industry-leading metrology hardware and software
  • Ability to select, configure, and apply industry-standard tools such as CMMs, laser trackers, vision systems, and statistical process control software
  • Experience with Spatial Analyzer, PolyWorks, Verisurf, or similar software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex data, diagnose measurement issues, and develop corrective actions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn
  • Travel 10%-25% of the time
