Job description

Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for a long-term temporary assignment in the Portland, OR metro area. This role supports a busy warehouse operation within the residential and commercial construction environment, helping keep inventory accurate, technicians supplied, and daily operations moving efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for a dependable warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, solving logistics challenges, and being a key part of a team that relies on accurate inventory flow and strong communication. The work environment is active, team-oriented, and focused on safety, organization, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, inspect, and distribute warehouse inventory according to established procedures.
- Complete 3-way matching for incoming orders and verify shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Manage inventory levels, perform physical counts, reconcile stock, and reorder items as needed.
- Stage doors, parts, and materials for scheduled work, load technician and installer trucks, and support field deliveries.
- Coordinate will-call pick-ups, RGA/RMA processes, fleet repairs, equipment checks, and warehouse organization.
- Assist managers, technicians, and installers with day-to-day operational and logistics support.
Compensation and Benefits
- Contract/Temporary assignment.
- Long-term temporary opportunity.
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Location: Portland, OR metro area.
