Today, MSI Metro Sales Inc., a 100% Employee-Owned Company, is an industry leading hardware, software, and managed services provider.
MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Solutions Sales Representative to join our DocuWare Sales team located in our Burnsville, MN Headquarters.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition and uncovering opportunities within our existing client base. This consultative sales role will identify our clients' document management needs and align with the correct DocuWare Solution.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Uncover prospective and existing client's workflow automation needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with software support for product demonstrations.
  • Customize DocuWare solutions focused presentations to address client needs.
  • Partner with channel affiliates and internal teams to progress the project from sale to implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Participate or host webinars, marketing events and potentially trade shows.

Minimum Requirements:
  • HS diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Local candidates.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related business experience.
  • 2+ years of document management systems, workflow automation sales or similar products.
