Wage Transparency 

We are actively embracing pay transparency. The hourly rate range listed for General Manager roles in this area is $25.19-$30.79 per hour, which reflects the full earning potential across all shops within this district. When we invite you to apply for a specific General Manager opening, the hiring wage for that shop will be clearly presented based on its approved compensation range.
