Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in generating new business by implementing and managing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and foster strong relationships within the local community. This individual will be responsible for scheduling and organizing lead-generating events, managing our social media presence, attending local events, and building partnerships with other local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute lead-generating events such as seminars, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media channels by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Represent the insurance office at local community events, networking functions, and business expos to build brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to create referral opportunities and collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs.
