PRN OB Hospitalist

Methodist Medical Group (MMG), a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a board-certified/board-eligible OB Hospitalist to join our growing team in Celina, Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated, patient-focused physician who thrives in a collaborative hospital environment and is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based obstetric care.

Position Highlights:

  • PRN OB Hospitalist role providing 24/7 in-house coverage in a collaborative, team-based model
  • Manage labor and delivery triage, inpatient obstetric care, deliveries, and emergency OB/GYN services
  • Methodist Celina is a Level 1 Maternity Center
  • 4 labor/delivery/recovery (LDR) suites
  • 2 bed Obstetrical Triage Area
  • 2 Surgical operating rooms for cesarean sections
  • 10 postpartum rooms
  • 1 Da Vinci Robots

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with completion of accredited OB/GYN residency
  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Prior experience in hospitalist or high-acuity obstetric settings preferred
