Job description

Front Desk Attendant

Maintain the upkeep, safety, security and appearance of the front desk

Provide quality customer service and a positive greeting

Answers phones, queries from members and directs calls

Participate in sales training to develop skills to sell memberships to prospective members during periods of the day when the membership office is closed

Update member accounts to ensure correct contact information and billing information

Report supplies needed to the supervisor

Previous sales experience preferred
