Metal Rackers are workers who prepare and arrange metal parts for surface treatment processes such as electroplating, anodizing, or painting. They attach metal items to racks, hooks, or fixtures to ensure that each piece is properly exposed to the treatment chemicals or processes. Their role is crucial in ensuring uniform coating and preventing defects caused by improper placement. Metal Rackers also inspect the parts before and after treatment to ensure quality standards are met.
