  • Log inventory movements and equipment use with precision.
  • Help train new operators on safe, efficient practices.
  • Expand your capabilities by rotating into other departments as needed.
  • Finish metal parts: paint, grind, deburr, phosphate, and cold roll; support surface finishing (shot peen, cold roll, phosphating).
  • Level up to overhead crane operation and learn additional machinery.
  • Keep work areas spotless—warehouse, shop, and yard—and move tools on/off racks.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety rules and best practices.
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong communicator with a team-first, dependable approach.
  • Willingness to learn and solid technical aptitude.
  • Current forklift license; crane training provided.
  • Experience loading/unloading trucks and general shop cleanup.
  • Painting and grinding capability; comfort with surface finishing (shot peen, cold roll, phosphating).
  • Shop math skills and accurate tape measure reading.
  • Open to other duties as assigned.
