The Product Manager will manage the portfolio of metal products, identify market trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability while serving as an expert in the metals market.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying new products and prospecting potential customers within the aluminum industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize product mix, pricing, and positioning in the market.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new metal products, from concept to commercialization.
• Monitor product performance and profitability and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and maximize revenue.
• Provide product training and support to sales teams to enable effective selling and promotion of metal products.
• Act as a daily point of contact for customers and staff regarding sales inquiries.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
