Job description

The Manufacturing Janitorial Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. This position ensures production areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas are cleaned and maintained to support a safe work environment and operational efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum production floors and walkways.

  • Remove metal shavings, dust, debris, cardboard, and trash from production areas.

  • Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.

  • Clean around CNC machines and fabrication equipment (does not perform machine maintenance).

  • Maintain clean aisles, emergency exits, and work areas.

  • Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

  • Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

  • Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions to management.

  • Maintain
