About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior-Level Marketing Designer with a strong agency and advertising background to join our fast-paced creative team. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing collateral across digital and print channels—including social media graphics, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and more.

This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual communication, and consumer engagement. You should be comfortable collaborating with marketing teams, and bringing bold concepts to life across a variety of mediums.

You will also contribute to the creation of high-performing assets for Meta ad campaigns and email marketing, helping drive engagement and conversion through strong visual communication. Additionally, you’ll help design and format PowerPoint decks for internal and external use — including marketing strategy presentations, line planning documents, and investor-facing pitch materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms (ads, social media content, lookbooks, posters, banners, etc.)

Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling creative solutions

Work within brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visuals

Collaborate with the broader marketing team and project managers to meet campaign goals and deadlines

Support ongoing advertising efforts with creative updates and new ideas

Design static and animated creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including A/B variant testing assets

Create visually engaging email headers, modules, and full campaign templates optimized for multiple devices and platforms

Create and format professional PowerPoint decks for brand presentations, marketing initiatives, line planning, and investor pitches

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of design experience, preferably within a creative agency or advertising firm

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)

Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Clear communication and strong collaboration skills

Experience creating ad creatives tailored for Meta platforms and email marketing channels

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint (or Google Slides/Keynote), including slide layout, formatting, and visual storytelling for presentations

Bonus Points For

Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Background in sports, athletics, or apparel branding

Familiarity with Meta, Google, and display ad formats and requirements

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design

Knowledge of email design best practices, including mobile optimization, accessibility, and CTA hierarchy
