K&N Engineering is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media & CRM to support execution and optimization of paid media, CRM, email marketing, audience development, and performance reporting. This role partners with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and revenue across K&N’s digital channels.The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, creative, and comfortable using performance data to test, learn, and improve results across Meta, Klaviyo, and Google Ads.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Lifecycle MarketingExecute Klaviyo campaigns & automated flows including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and promotional programs.Build targeted customer segments using first-party data, behavior, and purchase history.Partner with creative & brand marketing teams to keep messaging consistent across email and paid media.Paid Media & Performance Marketing CollaborationBuild, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, P-Max, Display, and YouTube.Develop audiences, retargeting programs, customer segments, and testing plans to improve campaign efficiency.Analyze performance & recommend actions to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.Reporting, Insights & CollaborationPrepare weekly & monthly reports across Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and eCommerce performance.Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities from campaign and customer data.Support campaign calendars, promotions, product launches, and integrated go-to-market execution.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, E-Commerce, or equivalent experience.2 to 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, paid media, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Ads, GA4, and campaign reporting.Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.PreferredExperience in eComm, consumer products, auto aftermarket, enthusiast brands, or performance auto.Experience with Google Tag Manager, Performance Max, attribution models, and conversion tracking.Knowledge of audience segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, creative testing, and CRM optimization.Success in This RoleImprove paid media efficiency and support profitable revenue growth.Increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through CRM and email programs.Deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights that improve marketing decisions.Execute integrated campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and business priorities.Demonstrate a test-and-learn mindset focused on continuous optimization.Location InformationStrong preference for this individual to sit onsite or work hybrid from either Corona, CA or Grand Prairie, TXOpen to remote work from one of these states: CA, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, VA, or WIAbout K&N EngineeringFor more than five decades, K&N has been one of the most recognized performance brands in the automotive aftermarket.
