We have an immediate opening for a Web Analytics Specialist to join our team! This role sits at the intersection of digital analytics implementation, web analytics, and reporting. You'll own how data is collected across our websites and applications-and help turn that data into insights marketing and product teams can actually use.
You'll work closely with frontend engineers to design and maintain a clean, reliable JavaScript dataLayer, configure Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), implement event tracking, and build dashboards and reports that help teams understand performance and user behavior. - Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including custom triggers, variables, and event-based tracking
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event modeling, parameters, conversions, audiences, and reporting
- Experience designing or working with a JavaScript dataLayer
- Comfort collaborating with frontend engineers and reading JavaScript, HTML, and DOM code
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using GA4, Looker, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable analytics solutions
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion

- Own and manage Google Tag Manager and analytics instrumentation across our websites and applications
- Configure, maintain, and document Google Analytics 4 (GA4) events, parameters, conversions, and analytics standards
- Design and maintain a scalable, consistent JavaScript dataLayer in partnership with frontend engineering teams
- Debug and validate analytics implementations, event tracking, and conversion tracking across browsers, devices, and environments
- Build and maintain core dashboards and reports used by marketing, product, and leadership
- Help stakeholders understand what the data means and how to use it to make better business decisions
- Identify gaps in analytics tracking and proactively recommend improvements
- Establish analytics standards, naming conventions, documentation, and measurement best practices
