YOUR IMPACT

As Senior Manager, Demand Generation - Paid Media, you will own Redwood's global paid media program including strategy, execution, budget, and performance across a multi-brand product portfolio. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with a clear path to broader leadership as the team scales.

  • Own paid media targets including lead volume, lead quality, pipeline, and cost efficiency across the full funnel from click to closed-won.
  • Build and manage paid strategy across search, social, display, programmatic, and third-party channels; continuously optimize campaigns to maximize conversion performance at every stage.
  • Manage a $10M+ annual paid media budget; allocate spend across channels, partner with Finance on forecasting and reconciliation, and report on pipeline contribution, ROAS, CPL, and cost per opportunity.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships - paid newsletters, content syndication, review websites and platforms, and lead and appointment generation programs - including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  • Apply CRO disciplines across landing pages, ad creative, and lead capture.
  • Collaborate with campaign, content, and product marketing to effectively amplify content across paid channels aligned.
  • Lead and develop a growing paid media team; mentor members, set performance expectations, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B paid media experience with a track record of driving pipeline in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Direct ownership of significant paid media budgets with experience managing complex channel mix allocation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads; experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit, Meta, and programmatic/DSP platforms including 6sense.
  • Experience managing paid programs on Reddit, G2 and review platforms, content syndication networks, and third-party lead and appointment generation programs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo for attribution and reporting; working knowledge of landing page and personalization tools such as Instapage or Mutiny.
  • Strong analytical ability with a track record of translating performance data into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with generative engine optimization (GEO) and how AI-driven search is reshaping paid media strategy.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating media contracts, and marketing a multi-brand or multi-product portfolio.
  • Prior experience building or scaling a paid media team.
