Location: Cincinnati, OH (Downtown)
Pay: $19–$23/hour
Schedule: Early first shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), fully onsite - St Bernard.

Role Summary
The Facility Maintenance Technician performs routine preventative building maintenance, general upkeep, and minor repairs. Tasks include:
  • Painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry
  • Equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing
  • Office furniture repair, moving, installation, cleaning
  • Landscaping and general upkeep
This role is physically demanding and requires resilience, strong mechanical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Expect:
  • 10,000–20,000 steps per day
  • Lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Back-to-back work orders
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete facility maintenance task requests promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns professionally
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients
  • Provide updates on progress, challenges, and achievements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen. Drug screen must be clean, no exceptions.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in facilities, construction, janitorial, moving, or similar
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly and maintain high physical activity
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools daily
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take direction well
  • Customer and service-focused with strong communication skills
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
