About the Role

The Project Coordinator supports a variety of project-related services, ensuring accurate execution, on‑time delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll learn department processes, work closely with your assigned team, and help drive successful outcomes for clients and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day project coordination tasks.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met, documented, and communicated.
  • Prepare quotes for simple-scope projects using established plans and cost structures.
  • Coordinate services and confirm pricing with suppliers.
  • Review supplier invoices for accuracy against quoted and completed work.
  • Update required fields in operating systems according to client standards.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and demonstrate urgency in response times.
