Job description

We are looking for Class A CDL drivers to join our regional fleet out of Mesa, Arizona. New graduates and experienced drivers alike are welcome — if you want consistent lanes, physical unload pay on top of your mileage and a schedule that actually gets you home twice a week, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

  • $0.60 CPM on every mile
  • $100 unload pay per load — you work, you get paid for it
  • $25 per additional stop
  • Average weekly earnings: $1,400
  • Average weekly miles: 1,800
  • Paid every week via direct deposit

THE RUN

  • Home twice a week, every week
  • Dedicated regional lanes: Mesa out to SoCal, Nevada, Utah and Arizona
  • Day and night shifts — flexibility built in
  • Weekend dispatches are rare, holidays as needed by customer
  • Equipment: Liftgate trailer with unload roll carts
  • Physical unload required — this is a hands on position, not a drop and hook gig

PAID TRAINEE PROGRAM

Hold a CDL-A, are 21 or older and have 120 or more hours logged with an accredited driving school? You are in.

  • Structured training: 4 to 6 weeks
  • $650 per week guaranteed throughout training
  • Clean driving record required

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Class A CDL, 21 years of age or older
  • Trainee or minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No CMV DUI — one lifetime personal vehicle DUI accepted if older than 5 years
  • No positive or refused DOT drug tests on record
  • Urine and hair follicle screening required
  • SAP drivers will not be considered
