AGRA Industries is hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for 1st shift in Merrill, WI. This full-time position offers a 4-day workweek, strong starting pay, no-deductible health insurance, steady year-round work, and custom fabrication projects with variety.


Qualifications

  • MIG and/or Flux-core welding experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Fabrication experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of weld quality standards and discontinuities preferred
