Job Summary (Level II Software Engineer)
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand requirements and achieve business objectives
- Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with engineering leads
- Prepare technical documentation and manuals
- Adhere to architecture, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices
- Write high-quality, clear, testable, and maintainable code
- Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems
- Participate in or conduct code reviews and use collaborative programming techniques
- Implement unit and integration tests; conduct functional and performance testing
- Develop reusable software components to improve delivery speed
- Diagnose and resolve critical issues in existing software
- Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks across the solution stack
- Ensure software quality by writing and automating tests
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, frameworks, and trends to improve development processes
- Use strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, .NET/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and Python
- Work with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
- Apply proficiency in HTML, CSS (including CSS-in-JS), accessibility, SEO, responsive design
- Utilize Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
