Role:

A Housekeeping Runner is responsible for assisting and supporting the housekeeping department, to ensure the smooth operation of the department and working as a Team. They are expected to deliver excellent service to our teams and our guest.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow all Safety and Security procedures to protect and ensure the safety of our guests, employees and assets.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with owners and guests.
  • Report all maintenance deficiencies to Status Board.
  • Maintain organization in housekeeping storage areas, supply rooms, and linen storage areas.
  • Fulfill guest requests for additional housekeeping supplies.
  • Resupply Guest Room Attendant carts and/or other associate requests as required.
  • Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months experience in some area of housekeeping or janitorial preferable.
  • Basic knowledge on handling devices and radios.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, holiday and weekends.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Capability to understand fundamental English.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to bend, kneeling and stretching most of the working day.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration and air quality.
