Work Schedule

Standard shop hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible scheduling options available outside of these hours. Weekend hours are also optional for those looking to earn extra income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks
  • Perform preventive maintenance and complex component repairs
  • Conduct Federal Annual Vehicle DOT Inspections (FMCSA compliant)
  • Troubleshoot and repair air brake and electrical emission systems
  • Utilize industry-standard diagnostic systems, including:
    • Diagnostic Link 8
    • Eaton Service Ranger 4
    • Bendix ACom
    • Meritor WABCO Toolbox
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Represent the organization with pride at all times
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel technician
  • Journey-level mechanic experience is preferred
  • CDL-A and ASE Certifications are preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong skills in diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
  • Mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel engines
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety best practices
