What is Mercy Care?

Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan that provides healthcare coverage and services, primarily to individuals and families who qualify for Medicaid and Medicare. They work with a network of healthcare providers to offer medical, behavioral health, and long-term care services. Mercy Care focuses on serving vulnerable populations, including low-income individuals, people with disabilities, and those with special health needs. Their mission is to improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve through accessible, high-quality care.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Mercy Care case manager?

To thrive as a Mercy Care Case Manager, you generally need a background in social work, nursing, or a related field, along with relevant licensure or certification. To make that vision a reality, we need talented and compassionate clinicians to join our team.

Whether you are providing direct patient care, helping patients navigate complex challenges, or helping us build a healthcare system that better serves those too often left behind, your work will have a lasting impact on individuals, families, and communities.
