• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and create tailored strategies for intervention.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices, working closely with patients to set realistic and achievable goals.
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities to meet the diverse needs of patients facing conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex grief.
• Provide crisis intervention services, helping patients manage acute emotional distress and connect them with relevant resources.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, using electronic medical record systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychiatrists, and other social work professionals, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in staff meetings aimed at enhancing treatment strategies and improving service delivery.
• Keep current with developments and research within the mental health field, incorporating new methodologies and evidence-based practices into therapeutic interventions.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing intense emotional challenges associated with serious illnesses, terminal diagnoses, and end-of-life care. • A Master's degree in social work from an accredited program is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice clinical social work (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
