Job description

Mercury Medical is looking for a dependable, hardworking, general maintenace, skilled worker. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Maintain interior of building: Performing routine and as needed chilled water HVAC, flooring, plumbing, painting, patching and miscellaneous maintenance, repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain exterior of building: Overseeing lawn care, sidewalk maintenance, parking lot maintenance, painting and power washing.
  • Maintains lighting fixtures, performing bulb changes and updating fixtures as needed.
  • Light electrical repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintains plumbing performing routine sink, faucet, toilet and urinal repairs.
  • Keep records of maintenance or service following established procedures.
  • Run local errands as needed.
  • Maintain a professional interaction with vendors and staff.
  • Review operational integrity of building equipment.
  • Setup furniture and equipment moves.
  • Monitor availability of housekeeping/janitorial supplies.
  • Recommends process improvement and/or changes to supervisor/management relative to maintenance, housekeeping, lawn care, safety and energy.
  • Use basic Microsoft and Helpdesk software programs.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 5 years of building maintenance experience.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • SCHEDULE:
  • Monday Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Occasional afterhours work for emergency matters and preplanned tasks/projects.
