Position Overview
As a Busser, you'll play a vital role in supporting our baristas and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. You'll help maintain a clean, organized café space while ensuring that guests enjoy the high-quality experience Mercurys is known for.
Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Support baristas and team members by maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized café environment
• Wash, dry, and restock dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Empty trash and recycling as needed
• Ensure restrooms and guest areas remain tidy and inviting
• Assist with stocking products and supplies
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests when needed

Position Requirements

• At least 18 years if age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and use motor skills constantly.
