Orthopaedic Clinical Manager - Certified Athletic Trainer Preferred
This position is ideal for a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) looking to advance into leadership or a clinic manager with orthopaedic or musculoskeletal experience who values close collaboration with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical (Certified Athletic Trainer Preferred)
  • Deliver direct patient care under physician supervision, including injury assessment, treatment planning, and education.
  • Assist with non-operative procedures and post-operative recovery programs.
  • Apply/remove casts and splints; assist with injections and other non-surgical treatments (e.g., PRP, shockwave).
  • Fit and manage durable medical equipment (DME).
  • Collaborate with PTs and care teams to enhance care outcomes.
Clinical Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow, provider support, and clinical scheduling.
  • Supervise clinical support staff (MAs, ATCs, rehab aides); build monthly staff schedules.
  • Maintain a strong clinic culture that fosters teamwork, accountability, and high-quality care.
  • Serve as the liaison between physicians, administrative teams, and external referral sources.
Administrative Oversight
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and clinical training programs.
