Your Role:
  • Develop, qualify, and troubleshoot chromatographic (HPLC/UPLC) and LCMS based methods for the identification, characterization of Phosphoramidite, Peptides, ASOs, siRNAs and its lipids, peptides and dyes conjugates.
  • Developing a LCMS based methods for the identification, characterization, of Antibody (mAb, Fab) and Antibody Oligo conjugates is preferred.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in analytical characterization of conjugates with a strong analytical mindset. Proficiency in techniques such as LC-MS, Orbitrap, QTOF, RP-HPLC, FPLC, SEC, and IEX.
  • Author method development and qualification reports and SOPs for test methods. Evaluate suitability of new methods and oversee method qualification and validation in the external contract testing labs.
  • Support analytical sections in regulatory submission documents like INDs and IMPDs.
  • Track progress against project timelines, generate regular status updates, and communicate progress and issues to management.
  • Conduct laboratory work in safe, efficient manner that ensures a safe working environment for colleagues.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
  • PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related disciplines with relevant industry experience preferred, or master's degree with minimum 7 years related industry with demonstrated chromatographic separation, method development /qualification and structure elucidation expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HPLC/UPLC and LCMS-based analytical method development desired.
  • Hands-on experience with the analysis of Antibody and oligonucleotides and is a plus.
  • Familiarity with instrument troubleshooting and software including Empower, Mass Hunter, and UNIFI preferred.
  • Knowledge of GxP requirements and application of statistical methods in the analytical laboratory is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and collaboration.

Location: Billerica MA
Pay Range for this position: $129,000 - $193,400
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
