If you enjoy styling beautiful spaces, working with dΓ©cor and accessories, and bringing showroom displays to life, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This is a fast-paced, active role where no two days look the same. You’ll split your time between organizing and preparing merchandise behind the scenes and building eye-catching displays on the showroom floor that create an unforgettable customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and maintain stylish, visually engaging showroom displays and lifestyle setups
  • Accessorize spaces using wall art, rugs, lamps, tabletop dΓ©cor, and other home accents
  • Receive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom accessories and merchandise
  • Help keep the showroom floor, accessory warehouse, and clearance areas clean, polished, and customer-ready
  • Assist with inventory management, product tagging, and showroom replenishment
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams to ensure smooth product movement and setup

What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred β€” or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • A creative eye for design and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning inventory and purchase order systems
  • Willingness to travel between the Cuyahoga Falls and Fairlawn showroom locations regularly
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
  • Comfortable with physical activity including standing, walking, kneeling, stretching, and moving merchandise throughout the day
Why You’ll Love Working Here

We’re more than just a furniture and home dΓ©cor retailer β€” we’re a team that’s passionate about helping customers create spaces they love. We value creativity, teamwork, and employees who take pride in what they do.

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay: $18/hour
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Amazing employee discounts on home furnishings and dΓ©cor
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment

If you’re creative, energetic, and ready to make an impact through design, we’d love to meet you!
