Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Coordonnateur·trice des ventes et du marchandisage, organisé·e et proactif·ve, pour soutenir le vice-président des ventes, le/la gestionnaire de comptes principal·e ainsi que les équipes interfonctionnelles dans la gestion des comptes clients, des données produits et du flux de production. Ce rôle exige une bonne compréhension du cycle de vie du marchandisage, d’excellentes compétences en communication et la capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur les détails. 

Responsabilités principales 

Soutien aux ventes et aux clients 

  • Gérer et résoudre les enjeux clients en suspens 
  • Créer et mettre à jour les fiches techniques saisonnières et les catalogues 
  • Organiser et envoyer les échantillons, visuels (CAD) et catalogues aux clients 
  • Téléverser et maintenir les données SKU dans les portails clients 
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers de soumissions, approbations et communications clients 
  • Générer et analyser les rapports de ventes et d’inventaire au besoin 

Mise en place des produits et gestion des données 

  • Créer et configurer les SKU de manière précise dans le système ERP, selon les procédures internes 
  • Émettre les codes UPC et les bons de commande clients, et assurer leur distribution aux équipes concernées 
  • Veiller à l’exactitude des données : codes SH, image de marque, contenu, styles, prix et emballage 
  • Créer les codes UPC et soutenir la mise en marché des nouveaux styles 

Coordination de la production 

  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de production pour assurer l’exécution précise et dans les délais des échantillons 
  • Suivre les étapes clés de production, la qualité et les rendements auprès des fournisseurs et usines 
  • Aider à la commande des matières premières (tissus, garnitures, emballages, etc.) 
  • Suivre les échéanciers d’expédition et appuyer le dédouanement pour les projets liés aux nomenclatures (BOM) 
  • Participer aux réunions de production pour s’aligner sur les coûts, les délais et les livraisons 

Collaboration interfonctionnelle 

  • Servir de lien entre le marchandisage et les départements : Design, Logistique, Comptabilité, Entrepôt, Planification, Laboratoire & Équipes d’ajustement 
  • Communiquer clairement les changements et mises à jour produits pour assurer la fluidité des opérations 

Qualifications 

  • 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en marchandisage, production ou opérations des ventes 
  • Maîtrise d’Excel et des systèmes ERP; connaissance des portails clients un atout 
  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et souci du détail 
  • Proactif·ve, débrouillard·e et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois 
  • Solides compétences en communication et esprit collaboratif 
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Merchandising Coordinator to support the VP, Sales & Senior Account Manager and cross-functional teams in managing customer accounts, product data, and production flow. This role requires a strong understanding of the merchandising lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities 

Customer & Sales Support 

  • Manage and resolve any pending customer-related issues 
  • Create and update seasonal line sheets and catalogs 
  • Organize and send samples, CADs, and catalogues to customers 
  • Upload and maintain SKU data in customer portals 
  • Maintain records of customer submissions, approvals, and communications 
  • Generate and run sales and inventory reports as needed 

Product Setup & Data Management 

  • Ensure accurate SKU creation and setup in the ERP system based on SOPs 
  • Issue UPCs and customer POs, and ensure proper distribution to relevant teams 
  • Support data accuracy across HS codes, branding, content, styles, pricing, and packaging 
  • Create UPCs and assist with the promotion of new styles 

Production Coordination 

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate sample execution 
  • Track production milestones, quality, and yield across suppliers and factories 
  • Assist in ordering raw materials (fabrics, trims, packaging, etc.) 
  • Monitor shipment timelines and support customs clearance for BOM-related projects 
  • Attend production meetings to align on costing, lead times, and deliveries 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Act as liaison between merchandising and departments including Design, Logistics, Accounting, Warehouse, Planning, Lab & Fit teams 
  • Communicate product changes and updates clearly to ensure smooth workflows 

Qualifications 

  • 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, production, or sales operations 
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills; familiarity with customer portals 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset 
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset
