Merchandising Consultants Associates

Title: Account Co-Ordinator

Wage: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

We are seeking a highly organized Account Coordinator to support our National Accounts team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and has strong technical skills in Excel to support reporting and analysis. You will play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring accuracy in execution, and maintaining strong client and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee merchandising programs to ensure on-time delivery and accurate execution.
  • Communicate daily with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Review reports and follow up on store execution, addressing discrepancies where needed.
  • Maintain and update reporting templates, trackers, and databases using Excel.
  • Support the National Accounts Manager by alleviating day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Provide timely updates on program progress, challenges, solutions and insights.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 12 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or account coordination.
  • Demonstrates strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Has advanced Microsoft Excel skills, using pivot tables and lookups; VBA/macros is an asset.
  • Applies strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and respond to data.
  • Displays self-motivation, dependability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Maintains familiarity with Canadian retail geography is an asset.
