Job Description

Are you passionate about the aesthetics of our stores? Do you enjoy working with product, organizing merchandise, and creating a smooth shopping experience for customers? If so, this role is for you!

As a Merchandising Associate, you will support merchandise flow and presentation to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You play a key role in maintaining efficient back-of-house operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring product is organized, accessible, and visually aligned with brand standards.
  • Process merchandise deliveries, including receiving, sorting, transferring, and preparing product for the sales floor according to company procedures.
  • Assist with visual presentation, including floor moves, product placement, signage, and housekeeping duties.
  • Execute visual setup and changes as directed to maintain a cohesive and appealing store environment.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, visual presentation awareness, and an understanding of merchandise flow and sell-through.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and sharing feedback that helps enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
  • +6 months of experience in merchandise processing, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain consistent standards.
  • Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
  • Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
