St. Albert Dodge is looking for an Online Merchandising Assistant in St. Albert!

The Online Merchandising Assistant's role within our organization is key to our team’s success. Maintaining a high company standard for our brands image is an important facet of this role in representing our organizations vision and value in the marketplace. A detail oriented individual with the ability to manage priorities will flourish in this role.

Job Duties:

  • Take photos and videos of all new and preowned vehicles
  • Assist with uploading photos to our website and all online merchandising channels, ensuring accuracy and quality is maintained to the set company standard.
  • Record and upload daily videos to social media platforms. (Walk around videos, dealership videos, salesmen involved etc.)
  • Assist with ensuring staff photos are promptly uploaded and accurately.
  • Provide a constant flow of ideas to management in regards to social media campaigns, videos and what’s happening in the marketplace.
  • Assist when needed in photographing events hosted or attended by the company.
  • Assist with the monthly newsletter creation.
  • Assist with occasional Lot Porter tasks, including vehicle drop off/pickup at various vendors.
  • Maintain marketing placement around dealership in conjunction with management’s request.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Other Duties as required.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • Must Hold a valid driver’s license with clean abstract
  • The ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Must maintain a professional appearance.
  • Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
  • Team oriented and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Detail orientated with ability to work in fast paced work environment
  • Must be proficient in writing/grammar/etc.
  • Energetic and Hardworking.
