Overview: Reporting to the Digital Merchandising Manager, the Site Merchandiser supports the execution of SNIPES' digital merchandising strategy across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. This role ensures that products are accurately represented, discoverable, and strategically placed to drive conversion. The Site Merchandiser will focus on product setup, category management, site QA, and cross-functional support, helping to build a best-in-class online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and publish products onsite, ensuring complete and accurate product information
• Merchandise categories and collections, maintaining optimal product placements
• Support seasonal refreshes, product launches, and promotional events
• Conduct daily site QA to identify and resolve content and product errors
• Assist in optimizing product content to improve discoverability and conversion
• Monitor site health and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns
• Pull and analyze site performance data to support merchandising decisions
• Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Creative, and Buying

• Maintain documentation of site changes and merchandising processes

Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce operations, or related fields; some weekend work required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office app, particularly in Excel
• Familiarity with DAM and PIM systems is a plus
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear culture, and digital commerce
