Who We Are:
Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company that has proudly served the communities of Idaho and Montana for four generations.
Job Summary:
The Merchandiser is responsible for visiting retail accounts to stock, display, and rotate company products across their assigned route.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock and merchandise an assortment of beverage products safely and efficiently.
  • Replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom inventory with company products.
  • Rotate product to preserve freshness and meet expiration date requirements.
  • Set up, maintain, and dismantle promotional displays, endcaps, and other merchandising features.
  • Place and maintain point-of-sale materials, signage, and promotional decals.
  • Safely use manual handling equipment, including hand trucks, to move and stock products.
  • Travel between assigned retail locations using a personal vehicle as directed.
  • Follow merchandising plans and direction from sales representatives and merchandising supervisors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
