The Merchandiser plays a critical role in ensuring that retail products in the Northwestern Suburbs of Chicago are displayed effectively to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. This position involves organizing and maintaining product displays, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with store management to implement promotional strategies. The Merchandiser is responsible for the physical handling of merchandise, including lifting and transporting heavy items safely and efficiently. By applying visual merchandising principles, the role helps create attractive, engaging point-of-purchase displays that draw customer attention and drive sales. Ultimately, the Merchandiser contributes to the overall success of the retail environment by ensuring products are presented in a way that supports brand standards and meets store goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
