What are we looking for?
The Merchandise Processing Technician is responsible for the timely and accurate receipt and scanning of all materials coming back from our provider network, while ensuring adherence to all regulations and promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
Where you will have an impact
  • Identify providers to be scanned through the review of current Control Logs
  • Visually inspect all frames to be scanned for any irregularities (i.e. missing tags, damaged frames, etc.)
  • Prepare frames to be scanned through the DC Workbench scan process
  • Scan all properly tagged frames into the DC Workbench system
  • Identify all non-tagged frames for style, size and color, locate the appropriate SKU number from the inventory list provided, and manually enter the SKU number into DC Workbench
  • Process Tote Return and deliver to the De-tag/Cleaning area
  • Act as secondary means of support when the Returns Supervisor is unavailable
  • Participate in any training and educational activities necessary to fulfill at least the minimum requirements as specified within your departmental goals, in addition to the completion of any activities necessary for the maintenance of professional affiliations or organizational requirements
  • Diligently maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and the overall facility daily
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

This role is compensated on an hourly basis. The expected hourly pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour, based on factors such as experience, skills, and role requirements. Actual pay within the range will be determined during the hiring process and in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
