Description:

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities *Includes, but not limited to*

  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
  • Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
  • Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
  • Cooler Merchandising
  • Vendor Check-Ins
  • Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
  • Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
  • Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
  • Support Management with other assigned tasks
  • Exterior/Interior Cleaning
Requirements:

Education

  • *Preferred* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
