About the Role

At MCA, we take pride in being a leading Canadian Merchandising Company, providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across North America.

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores. In this role, you will work directly with the client's products after they have been delivered to the store, maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and displays that support sales.

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a busy retail environment where multiple vendors, store employees, and deliveries happen simultaneously. Being able to work safely, stay organized, and communicate effectively is essential.

Our Partnership goals

To represent MCA and our client in a professional manner while building positive relationships with store staff and management through:

  • Stocking and replenishing products following DSD deliveries
  • Rotating product to ensure freshness and quality
  • Building and maintaining displays and promotional signage
  • Monitoring inventory levels
  • Processing damaged, expired, and unsaleable products
  • Ensuring products are neatly arranged and ready for customers
  • Using smartphone apps to collect data, take photos, and complete reports

Our Ideal Partner

  • Will deliver efficient, high quality merchandising standards while maintaining productivity and professionalism on the retail floor by:
  • Having prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or merchandising environments
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment with clear productivity expectations
  • Being physically able to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods
  • Communicating confidently with store management, staff, and other vendors
  • Working independently and managing daily priorities effectively
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, attitude, and conduct at all times
  • Using smartphone apps and modern technology
  • Holding a valid driver's license and having access to a reliable, insured vehicle
