**This role requires weekly travel Tuesday through Thursday.

The Store Presentation Training Specialist partners with District Leaders to ensure Home Office merchandise presentation vision is executed at across all stores.

  • Travels and partners with the District Leaders, teaching, coaching, and training merchandise presentation standards.
  • Leads brand vision and strategy through informal influencing and trusted, strategic partnership.
  • Role-models, coaches, and trains the off-price model and merchandise presentation standards ensuring stores are strategically flexing and adhering to the Vision / Discovery.
  • Acts as a liaison between stores and Home Office, communicating and validating merchandise presentation and signage; identifying successes and providing guidance on opportunities.
  • Analyzes sales trends, inventory levels within District, providing recommendations to field teams with strategies to drive profitable sales.
  • Supports New Store Openings (NSO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) during the NSO process with regular check ins as needed.
  • Works cross functionally on all remodels, relocations, end of life (EOL) and special projects, providing guidance to field teams.
  • Supports talent growth by partnering with Regional Presentation Manager and District Leaders to identify and train Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Merchandise Presentation Trainer (MPT).
  • Supports new Store and District leaders in validation of training and sign-off of MP standards.

Who We're Looking for: You.

  • 3 to 5 years retail Store Management experience; post-secondary education in Business, Education, or related field preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel (car and air), valid driver's license required
  • Strong people management skills including teaching, coaching, training for maximum performance
  • Informal influencing, aligning on the development of strategies to drive sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, developing strong relationships and trusted partnerships
  • Demonstrated solid leadership skills with the ability to act as a collaborative partner with district, store, and regional partners
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, flexing to current and future business trends
  • Able to work independently/self-leader and as part of a team
  • Clear and concise communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Identify and develop talent
  • Lead by example, modeling all TJX Cultural Factors
  • General computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
