YOU WILL BE:
As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization. You will perform operational, daily tasks to support store sales, profitability and enhance the customer experience. You report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
โ€ข Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers including:
โ€ข Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight
โ€ข Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders
โ€ข Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed
โ€ข Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked
โ€ข Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes
โ€ข Responsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance
โ€ข Under the guidance and direction of Managers and Visual, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage, while ensuring standards are followed.
โ€ข Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations
โ€ข Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
โ€ข 1+ year of retail experience
โ€ข Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality
โ€ข Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
โ€ข Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
โ€ข Associates must work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
