Responsibilities
- Concept and design paid media creatives-static, motion, and mixed-format-with an equal eye for mood, clarity, and conversions.
- Translate strategic briefs into work that performs-while staying true to the brand's soul.
- Collaborate closely with growth marketers, copywriters, and editors to build successful campaigns.
- Stay grounded in what's working-analyzing ad performance and iterating thoughtfully based on results.
- Bring a tactile sensibility to digital work-natural textures, organic colorways, thoughtful rhythm.
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of experience crafting high-performing ad creatives, ideally for real estate, hospitality, and design-forward brands.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and comfortable in motion-led formats.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)-with a sensitivity to how design influences behavior.
- Experience designing within a brand system, while knowing when and how to evolve it.
- Collaborative by nature, with the ability to give and receive feedback with clarity and grace.
- Interest in being part of a fast-paced start-up, working alongside self-starters & builders
