Graphic Designer (With Video + Camera Skills)
Location: In-Office - Celebration, Florida

The Opportunity (Read This First)
This is not a typical graphic design job. You will be one of the people responsible for how thousands of business owners around the world see, feel, and emotionally connect with the Paul Gough brand - across events, education, AI products, direct mail, and global media. Paul is a global authority in the healthcare business space and now requires a someone to evolve the look and feel of that brand.
You will design:
  • The Paul Gough brand visuals used across the internet
  • The social media visuals of our international events
  • The entire look and feel of the global events attended by 200-500+ attendees
  • Direct mail pieces that generate millions in revenue
  • Brand visuals for AI products and services
  • High-level marketing assets used in launches and reveals
  • Stage graphics, banners, slides, merch visuals, and brand experiences
And - you will also support video production:
  • Operating camera during content shoots
  • Supporting audio setup
  • Editing short and long-form video content when required
Graphics is the core (โ‰ˆ70%).
Video + camera + editing is support (โ‰ˆ30%).

Graphic Design (Primary - 70%)
You will design:
  • Our Big Event assets (stage graphics, signage, banners)
  • Social media and campaign graphics
  • Product visuals for our AI agents
  • Brand assets for Planet Paul media properties
  • Sales decks and launch materials
You will help evolve and protect:
  • The Paul Gough global brand identity
  • Event visual experiences
  • Product visual storytelling
  • Marketing campaign creative direction
Video + Camera + Audio Support (Secondary - 30%)
You will:
  • Operate camera during content shoots / livestreaming events (often daily) to YouTube
  • Assist with lighting and audio setup
  • Edit video content when needed
  • Support live event content capture
  • Work with content team on YouTube / social outputs
