Role Summary
The Sales Associate is the front-line ambassador of Club Pilates Somers Point.The Sales Associate delivers best-in-class first impressions, supports studio operations, and assists in driving revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. This entry role provides hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, retail, and early-stage marketing support. Opportunity for Commissions. 
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
  • Greet members, perform check-ins, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Execute lead follow-up, appointment booking, and membership sales under supervision.
  • Conduct studio tours and present introductory offers.
  • Participate in grassroots marketing and community events.
Social Media & Marketing Support
  • Capture on-brand photos/videos for social media content needs.
  • Assist with posting accuracy by confirming class schedules and event details.
  • Recommend trending ideas and culture moments to leadership.
Events
  • Assist with internal and external event logistics and execution.
  • Represent the studio during community events.
  • Support set-up/tear-down and staffing for internal and external events.
Merch / Retail
  • Support retail sales through product knowledge and member engagement.
  • Maintain organized, visually appealing retail displays.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
  • Educate clients on product features and support retail sales.
  • Restock items and flag low inventory.
  • Report low stock to Senior Sales Lead/Managing Associate.
Operational Support
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and literature displays.
  • Serve as Tier 1 escalation for member questions.
  • Maintain studio aesthetic, atmosphere, and cleanliness.
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with leadership.
Requirements
1+ years retail/fitness sales experience • Competitive, solution-oriented • Excellent communication • Tech-comfortable • Flexible schedule • High school diploma (students 16+ acceptable).
