THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Engineer designs, develops, and supports scalable technology solutions in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role takes ownership of feature delivery across the technology stack and contributes to software quality, operational stability, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Engineers partner closely with Product Owners, QA, and peer engineers to refine requirements, solve technical problems, and deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions aligned to business objectives. Engineers are expected to demonstrate fluency in modern engineering practices, including the effective and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational efficiency.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions across applications, APIs, and data layers
  • Build scalable, maintainable, secure, and resilient code following engineering standards and best practices
  • Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, improve testing coverage, enhance troubleshooting, and streamline documentation activities
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, solution refinement, and architectural decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and environment issues across the software lifecycle
  • Participate in performance optimization, scalability improvements, and operational stability initiatives
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices, standards, and automation capabilities
  • Partner cross-functionally with QA, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams to support solution delivery
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, simplification, and process improvement

ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of software engineering or related technical experience
  • Strong experience with one or more programming languages, frameworks, and modern development practices
  • Experience building, testing, and supporting scalable applications and services
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and DevOps concepts
  • Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and code review processes
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools, generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation capabilities preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and improving engineering practices
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Off-hours support including 24x7 on-call responsibilities may be required
  • Minimal travel required (training/conferences)

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $125,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
