As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring an exemplary experience for our service guest by providing a prompt and friendly greeting, listening attentively to their needs, preparing repair orders and maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the service process. You will act as a crucial liaison between our guests and technician ensuring the customer's needs are understood and the recommended services are clearly communicated.

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor with a strong background in highline, particularly German luxury brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dealership fixed operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate Repair Orders showing time, cost and labor estimates, verifying warranty and service contracts and reviewing with clients.
  • Help to identify mechanical problems with fact-finding questions and performing and interactive visual inspection arranging road test if necessary.
  • Promote the sale of labor, parts and accessories by providing explanation of estimates and obtaining approval for work that is sold.
  • Follow the progress of service repairs and provide customers with timely updates.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor required, highline preferred


Pay
: $84,400 - $220,300 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, but they will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commissions range from $71,700 to $207,100 per year based on performance.
