Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring is expanding and seeking Master-Level Mercedes-Benz Technicians who want consistent workflow, strong earnings, and a modern, technician-first environment.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Flat Rate Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per flat rate hour
    Master-level Mercedes-Benz technicians are placed at the top of the range based on experience and certifications.
  • $100,000+ annual earning potential for productive technicians in our high-volume service department
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for accredited Mercedes-Benz Master Technicians*
  • Technician performance and incentive programs available*

Master Technician Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  • Accurately diagnose electrical, drivability, and complex mechanical concerns
  • Complete repairs in accordance with Mercedes-Benz factory standards
  • Document all work performed clearly and accurately on repair orders
  • Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety of repairs
  • Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
  • Follow all dealership safety procedures and policies

Qualifications
  • Mercedes-Benz Master Technician or equivalent senior diagnostic experience required
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills
  • OEM and/or ASE certifications preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
