Coachella Valley Anesthesia is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join our team at Mercy Medical Center Merced. This opportunity offers a consistent schedule, highly competitive compensation, and the flexibility and autonomy of an independent contractor practice model within a supportive clinical environment.

Position Overview

Broad case mix in a busy community hospital setting

Collaborative MD/CRNA care model

Supportive clinical and administrative leadership

Opportunity to work with experienced surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia professionals

Flexible practice environment with strong physician autonomy

Long-term opportunity with a well-established anesthesia group

Compensation & Benefits

Annual compensation of $800,000โ€“$1,000,000, depending on experience

Full-time 1099 independent contractor model

Malpractice insurance provided

Additional earning opportunities may be available

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for scheduled and emergent procedures

Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments

Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in the anesthesia call rotation

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
