ezCater is seeking an Associate IT Service Desk Engineer to help deliver a seamless, high-performance technology experience for our employees. You'll troubleshoot issues, fulfill requests, and proactively improve tooling and processes so our teams can do their best work. We move quickly and collaborate widely, so you'll thrive here if you're adaptable, customer-obsessed, and excited to learn.
What You'll Do:
  • Triage and prioritize requests for service desk tickets ensuring that the business users have clarity and transparency into the process for resolution
  • Onboard and offboard employees via Okta and other internal tools
  • Assemble, install, upgrade and configure Apple and Windows laptops
  • Maintain accurate asset management via JAMF and NinjaOne.
  • Manage employee building access via Verkada security software.
  • Manage employee software access via Okta
  • Support on-site and remote company meetings
  • Setup and manage Google accounts and other various Google products
  • Triage automation software and identify areas for automation implementation.
  • Conduct day one new hire training of ezCater employees.
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues in our Cisco Meraki environment
  • After an initial 6-month ramp-up period, this role will join the team's on-call rotation.

What You Have:
  • A passion for solving technical problems and a desire to help others.
  • 0-2 years of IT experience
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • A focus on achieving positive outcomes to technical issues.
  • Experience in providing support for an endpoint fleet of Mac & Windows
  • Supported Google Apps (Google Workspace) environment
  • Supported modern enterprise software (Slack, Okta, Google, Zoom, O365, etc)
  • Working knowledge of Zoom Room Video Conferencing
  • Flexibility in working hours generally from 9am-5:30pm local time
  • Ability to work from the Boston office 3-5 days per week

The national total targetcash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $56,700-$76,000 annually.*
