With pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.75 per hour, this full-time position is primarily for our coffee shop but does include floor service available and benefits such as Paid Time Off, employee meal discount, education scholarships, and 24/7 on-site fitness center, this is not an opportunity you want to pass on. What You'll Do

As a Server at Mennonite Village, you will assist in the dining department by ensuring all residents and visitors are greeted warmly, orders are taken promptly, and that dining areas are cleared and prepped for the next customer. Your dedication to excellence will be key in creating a positive dining experience for all.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the preparation of food in accordance with policies, procedures, and all food safety regulations.
  • Take and deliver meal orders accurately. 
  • Assist in checking special diets before meal distribution. 
  • Prepare and deliver stacks as required

We're looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in service to others.

Required Qualifications:

  • Have or obtain a Food Handlers Card withing 30 days of employment.
  • Be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule and maintain regular attendance
